Listing is free. Owners pay a fee only when an item rents, and renters pay one service fee at checkout. Rental shops can lower their fee with a Business or Pro plan.
Renters
10% service fee
Added to the rental price at checkout, with card processing included in the same line. It's the same for every rental. Deposits are held on your card and released when the item comes back in good shape.
Owners
10% when an item rents
Taken from your payout after the rental completes. On a $100 rental you receive $90, or $95 on a Business or Pro plan. Listing is always free.

Which plan should I pick?+
Most people renting out their own things should stay on Free. Business and Pro make sense for rental shops: Business pays for itself once you rent out about $980 a month, because you pay 5% instead of 10% on every rental. Pick Pro if you want bundles, priority placement in browse and more Spotlight days included.
Can I switch between Business and Pro?+
Yes, any time from Billing. When you upgrade, you pay the difference for the rest of the month right away. When you switch down, the unused part of the month is credited to your next bill.
How do the included Spotlight days work?+
Every paid month of Business gives you 3 Spotlight days and Pro gives you 10, for that billing month. Use them on any of your listings, on any dates, from the listing's page; a day is a day whatever the listing's price. Unused days expire at the end of the billing month and don't carry over. Spotlight is also available to everyone at $3/day.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for. After that you're back on Free: your listings stay up, your owner fee returns to 10%, and your store page is hidden.
Do renters pay more when I am on a plan?+
No. Every renter pays the same 10% service fee no matter which plan the owner is on.
